MAREDO Steakhouse Hannover in Hannover

I went there with my wife last Saturday and we were very happy. All service employees wore face masks, the tables and menus were disinfected, we felt very safe. Our service was very nice and the food was delicious, we'd love to come back.

We like to go to the Maredo. The salad buffet is great. Adjustments or extra requests are gladly fulfilled. Yesterday was especially nice. Thank you, Hermann - it is fun to be served by you!

Friendly staff accompanies the good steak menu. In the event of a complaint, improvements or new preparations are made without hesitation. The salad bar was fresh and what was missing was immediately refilled.

We eat there every time we are in Hanover. Super friendly staff. A delicious salad bar. And the steaks are really really good ?? Keep it up

The food was good Price Weise acceptable, but what was overwhelming the waiter.

To a certain extent, because the little meat for lunch is unfortunately just so well. Not good. But with a large salad and baked potato under 10 euros. You can't make any claims about that.

A very cozy, relaxed stay with very delicious dishes, a very inviting salad buffet and you can put together your main course of your choice??. Nice outside seating as well as inside seating. The service courteous, always smiling and very friendly despite the mask. We say THANK YOU ??☀️

Very good food, prices are not overpriced, but of course you have to pay for the quality. Very nice waitresses. Decor unfortunately quite old.

Unfortunately, during Corona times, the quality of the meat and that of the cook deteriorated. It was a lot better last year. A 30 € steak a single lump of fat, the beef on the grill plate, which should be medium, was a dry and tough disaster.

For a steak house the meat (rump stick was stringy, rib eye without fat eye) was not good. I can do better at home. The side dishes were delicious and visually beautiful. The service is friendly and tried very hard after the meat complaint and also offered a new piece of meat.

Simply great! Great food ... great service ... always happy! The only note ... it was definitely too warm in the interior ... you could have left the air conditioning on ... otherwise everything was great!

Great evening! The fillet was tender and comes highly recommended! The dessert plate for two - a dream! We would love to come back! On the whole, an all-round successful evening :)

We recommend. The steaks were extremely tasty and cooked to perfection as desired. Side dishes and starters were also very good. The space outside right by the opera is very nice and with two drinks per person the price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. Since the service was also very nice and courteous, we give it 5 stars. Gladly again.

Food decent, but, they had no burgers, no jacket potatoes and no apple crumble. Seriously, a chain of this size could be out of the basics like that?

Good steak , just during busy period like exhibition time you need to reserv before .. also you have access to city center easily after to walking there .

Racist, rude and only nice to white people. I went with my elderly foreign parents and they made us move tables in the middle of dinner as there was a pre made reservation, they changed our order, took 1 hour to bring the bill and overcharged our side order. The worse part was when my dad asked for help in translating the name of a dish the waitress said: I’m not a translator, order it and find out.

The service staff was very nice and polite. Today I ordered a salmon fillet with pepper cream sauce. It was very delicious, it came with rice and mixed salad. I prefer when the salad is more sauce on it. The dessert was delicious, especially the lava cakes, the cheesecake was a bit dry for me and the parfait is too sweet for me, but overall it was delicious. ?????

I love the Maredo concept and I go there for the do it yourself salad. I go for the all you can eat option which was about 10 euro last time I was there and is worth every cent. They have a very large number of options to satisfy any taste. They also offer stakes there and some soups but I only had the salad and for that salad I will go back any time I visit a country with a Maredo. The service was excellent in Hannover, where I last wnet and so was the location, right in the Centre of the city.

One star less only because I ordered well done and they got me medium. But, do go!

The waitress bring wrong food 2 times and we waited total of 2 hours for a piece of steak. Than they bring for 4 people instead of 5. We waited another 20 mins for the last meal. Their HR must resign to get that waitress.

Great Meats and good location.

Nice place with good quality and quantity

Need to learn how to cook a steak. Not pan or grill not like warm. Let the steak rest before serving so it does not flood the plate with meet kicked and oil. Mediocre at best.
